English Antique Sterling Silver 'Rum' Bottle Ticket by Charles Reily & George Storer, London, 1836/1837
This wonderful cast bottle ticket is beautifully pierced with 'RUM' in the center field. it is bordered with a gadrooned edge with foliate and shell decoration.
This sterling ticket is hallmarked on the back with the maker's mark along with the sovereign head, lion passant and 'A' year mark. The partnership of Reily and
Storer made particularly fine smalls, including this label. It measures 2 inches wide, has nice weight and is in wonderful antique condition.
